With stetho-phone in the Heart Lounge, the user’s heart becomes a medium for social interaction depending on the user’s experience of responsive qualities of the space where a phone is the main tool for gearing a sense, display and control qualities of the whole system. The phone, connected to a computer, receives input from each user and then presents the output in ways the users can recognize as corresponding to their behaviours.
